From land to legacy

2017
Foundation
Urban Estates was founded with a vision to create high-quality residential communities in Canterbury.
2018
First development
Launched our first subdivision, Urban Estates in Rolleston, establishing our reputation for quality infrastructure and masterplanned design.
2019-22
Building momentum
Extended our footprint across Christchurch’s outlying areas with additional neighbourhoods including Silverstone, Sandhurst, Delapré and Fairbairn.
2023
Growing ambitions
Assembled multiple landholdings to create Broadfield Grange, Rolleston, a landmark 500+ lot development and the company’s most ambitious subdivision to date.
2023
Broadening our offering
Led a plan change to enable 800 new residential sections in Prebbleton, followed by the launch of The Hamptons, a premium subdivision with a curated aesthetic.
2024
Taking root
With hundreds of residents now calling our communities home, we put our experience and passion to work developing plans for our next neighbourhood, Birchfields in Lincoln.

Looking forward
